The rules that apply when you use our website and enrol in our courses. Plain language, no surprises.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Powerman Technology Training (Pty) Ltd ("PMTT", "we", "us") website and your enrolment in any of our training courses. By enrolling, paying for a course, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
PMTT is a training provider based at 6 Willow Street, Rhodesfield, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa, accredited with TETA (Accreditation TETA22-1471) and QCTO. Contact: 010 023 6151 · info@pmttraining.co.za.
To enrol you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid South African ID, passport or asylum document, together with any course-specific requirements (e.g. a valid driver's licence where the course requires it). Enrolment is confirmed only once we have received your completed enrolment details and payment.
Course fees may be paid by card via our secure card payment processor, by electronic funds transfer (EFT), or in person at our campus. Where you pay by card, your card details are processed directly by the card payment processor — we never see or store your card information.
Our courses are delivered by accredited assessors and moderators. A certificate of competence is issued only once you have completed all required training, practicals and assessments and been declared competent. Attendance alone does not entitle a learner to certification.
Important: Job placement assistance is a support service offered to graduates. PMTT does not guarantee employment, a job offer, a specific salary, or any particular employment outcome. Employment depends on factors beyond our control, including employer demand, vacancies, and the graduate's own qualifications, performance and interview results.
Our job placement assistance may include sharing your CV with employers in our network, notifying you of opportunities, interview guidance and reference letters. You are never obligated to accept any position, and employers make their own independent hiring decisions.
Free on-site accommodation is offered to learners where available and is included at no extra cost as part of enrolment. Accommodation is subject to availability, our accommodation rules, and may not be exchanged for cash or a fee discount. Learners staying on campus must comply with our accommodation rules and curfew requirements.
We may reschedule or cancel a course where there are insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a course you have paid for, you may choose either a full refund or a free transfer to the next available intake. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for your cancellation rights.
Training involves the operation of heavy machinery. While we maintain strict safety standards, supervised practical training carries inherent risk. You participate at your own risk and must follow all safety instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, PMTT's liability for any claim arising from your enrolment or training is limited to the course fees you paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, course materials) is the property of PMTT or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Course materials provided to you are for your personal learning only. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, or to attempt to breach its security.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your enrolment applies. Complaints can be directed to info@pmttraining.co.za.
